MONDAY

-11:53 p.m.: assault. Police arrested Kimberly Williamson, 49, 803 Broadway Ave., on an assault charge. She allegedly assaulted a juvenile at 302 S. Walnut Ave. The victim had an apparent minor injury.

-7:04 p.m.: inducing panic. A woman reported a juvenile had made threats at school.

-3:52 p.m,.: theft. Elizabeth Myers, 514 W. North St., reported a cell phone battery and gift card, valued at $150, were stolen from her mailbox.

-11:35 a.m.: property found. A wallet and cell phone were found and given to police.

-9:54 a.m.: warrant. Police arrested a juvenile girl on a warrant from Miami County.

SUNDAY

-11:29 p.m.: assault. Samantha Barga, 523 N. Miami Ave., reported someone assaulted her at her residence. She had an apparent minor injury. Police arrested Stephani Johnson, 20, 701 Campbell Road, on an assault charge in connection with the incident.

-3:37 p.m.: theft. Michelle McMartin, 323 Franklin Ave., reported eight micro SD cards, six rings, four necklaces, a power drill, and a DVD player, valued at $680, and $35 in change were stolen from her residence.

-9:54 a.m.: property found. A license plate was found at 2400 Michigan St. The plate is the property of Leonard K. Hughes, 9908 N. Kuther Road.

-4:06 a.m.: criminal damaging. Alyssa Withrow, of Piqua, reported two tires on her vehicle were cut at 735 Foraker Ave. Loss was $200.

-2:35 a.m.: assault. Stacey Schaffner, 228 1/2 N. Main Ave., reported she was assaulted at 112 Oak Ave. She had an apparent minor injury.

-2:34 a.m.: theft. David Loraine, 500 N. Vandemark Road, Apt. 67, reported an Xbox and game, valued $500, were stolen from his residence.

-12:04 a.m.: driving under the influence. Police arrested Jason M. Kelly, 41, 1541 Westwood Drive, in the area of Vandemark Road and Industrial Drive on a charge of driving under the influence.

SATURDAY

-11:53 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested Greg E. Johnson, 26, 231 1/2 Franklin Ave., on a warrant from Sidney Municipal Court.

-9:16 p.m.: assault. Peggy Reeder, 212 N. Pomeroy Ave., reported she was assaulted in the 200 block of Pomeroy Avenue. She had an apparent minor injury.

-7:25 p.m.: driving under the influence. Police arrested Jason J. Pulfer, 40, 421 S. Main Ave., at 132 N. Ohio Ave. He was charged with driving under the influence, failure to comply with the order of a police officer, and open container of alcohol.

-2:55 p.m.: drug paraphernalia. Police were called to Goodwill, 417 E. Court St., where drug paraphernalia had been found.

-2:56 a.m.: assault and menacing. Kylie Harvey, of Troy, reported one person assaulted her at a residence at 500 N. Vandemark Road and another person threatened her.

-12:43 a.m.: driving under the influence. Police arrested Jermaine Lucas, 37, of Piqua, in the area of Main Avenue and Clay Street on a charge of driving under the influence. Darrell W. Allen, 30, at large, was charged with consumption of liquor in a motor vehicle.

FRIDAY

-10:34 p.m.: burglary. DVDs, a CD player, drill bit set, and two cell phones, valued at $450, and $50 in cash were stolen from the residence of Alisha Johnson, 318 N. Ohio Ave.

-4:58 p.m.: burglary. Four doorjambs were damaged at Towne Center Apartments, 115 N. Highland Ave. Loss was $100.

-10:40 a.m.: animal bite. Courtney Strunk, 424 S. West Ave., reported a dog bit her at 2220 Michigan St. She had an apparent minor injury.

-5:03 a.m.: burglary. Jeffrey York, 539 S. Walnut Ave., reported someone broke into his residence and stole prescription medication. A window was broken, causing $100 damage.

THURSDAY

-3 p.m.: assault. A juvenile assaulted another juvenile at 316 S. Highland Ave. The victim had apparent minor injuries.

Accidents

Suhas Chandane, 37, of Dayton, was cited with failure to yield the right of way after an accident Friday at 12:57 p.m.

Chandane was southbound in the 200 block of South Ohio Avenue in the right lane and turned left, hitting a car that was southbound in the left lane. The driver of the other auto was Jordan Demarcus, 19, 625 St. Marys Ave.

• Robert L. Bumgarner, 73, 140 Northwood Drive, Apt. 222, was cited with failure to control after an accident Friday at 3:38 p.m.

Bumgarner, driving a Shelby Public Transit bus, was westbound in the 700 block of Park Street. He attempted to pull over and park in front of a parked auto, and in doing so, hit the parked car of Amanda Cotterman, 755 Park St.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-6:35 a.m. to 2:02 p.m.: Medics responded to six calls.

-10:43 p.m.: washdown. Firefighters were called to the 500 block of Heather Way to do a washdown.

MONDAY

-12:15 a.m. to 11:36 p.m.: Medics responded to nine calls.

-9:29 p.m.: mutual aid. Firefighters were called to 3339 Leatherwood Creek to provide mutual aid at a garage fire. The fire was out on their arrival. It was contained to a lawnmower.

SUNDAY

-7:29 p.m.: unauthorized burning. Firefighters were called to 449 Riverside Drive, where they found an unauthorized burning.

-4:16 p.m.: alarm. Firefighters were called to 1161 Superior Court by a fire alarm. It was a false alarm.

-11:32 a.m. to 2:32 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

Sidney Police were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon at the intersection on Fourth Avenue and Campbell Road. No information about the accident was available at press time.
