WEDNESDAY

-9:49 p.m.: theft. Walmart on Michigan Street reported the theft of $298 in merchandise from the business.

-9:21 p.m.: theft. Jessica Collins, 30, 1563 E. Court St., Apt. E., reported the theft of her clothing from the The Wash House laundromat on 319 E. Court St. without her permission.

-6:03 p.m.: criminal trespass. John Davis II, 46, and Brooke Davis, 23, both at large, were charged with criminal trespass. John Davis II was also charged with obstructing official business.

-4:08 p.m.: warrant. Benjamin Bogart, 30, 120 W. Pinehurst St., was issued a summons for failing to pay city taxes.

-2:12 p.m.: criminal simulation. Police are investigating the report made by The Spot Restaurant on South Ohio Avenue that someone exchanged five counterfeit $20 bills for real cash.

-12:11 p.m.: parole violation. Dwayne Hensel, 46, 134 Mound St., was arrested on a parole violation.

-10:23 a.m.: failure to pay city taxes. April Bogart, 29, 120 W. Pinehurst St., was issued a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-8:38 a.m.: burglary. Britney Young, 33, 301 S. Main Ave., reported the theft of 77 dose units of Xanax.

-8:13 a.m.: criminal simulation. Taco Bell on Michigan Street reported receiving two counterfeit $20 bills.

-7:50 a.m.: theft. Penny Lane, 52, 433 S. Main Ave., reported the theft of a 38 caliber Charter Arms firearm from the residence.

-3:31 a.m.: criminal child enticement. Randy Bradburn, 49, 212 Washington St., was arrested for criminal child enticement.

TUESDAY

-6:32 p.m.: theft. Stephani Johnson, 21, Anna, was arrested for theft after Kroger on Michigan Street reported the theft of $450.

Crashes

Lakeya Barbee, 22, 228 Brooklyn Ave., was cited with assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 2:25 p.m.

Barbee was traveling westbound on Court Street when she failed to stop and struck the stopped vehicle in front of her driven by Susan Rose, 48, of Fort Loramie.

Fire, rescue

THURSDAY

-5:37 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to Power Station Fitness on Wapakoneta Avenue for a dryer fire. The fire was extinguished and there was $1000 in damages.

-5:05 to 5:38 a.m..: medical. Crews responded to two calls.

WEDNESDAY

-9:40 p.m.: odor. Firefighters conducted an odor investigation at 525 Carey St.

-5:56 p.m.: lines down. Firefighters responded to 845 Fair Road on report of lines down.

-4:17 p.m.: odor. Firefighters conducted an odor investigation at the Sidney Police Department on West Court Street. No problem was found.

-1:27 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to Amos Memorial Public Library on East North Street for a fire alarm that was canceled en route.

-12:07 p.m.: wires down. Firefighters responded to 732 Chestnut Ave. on the report of wires down.

-8:33 a.m. to 10:31 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to seven calls.
