-8:02 p.m.: warrant. Mandy Adkins, 31, 223 N. Pomeroy Ave., was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-7:45 p.m.: warrant. Gardenia Murphy, 25, 524 Campbell Road, was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-6:18 p.m.: contempt. Tara Wilson, 27, 434 ½ N. Miami Ave., was arrested for contempt.

-2:28 p.m.: contempt. Lorie Eikenbary, 48, Bluffton, was arrested for contempt.

-1:17 p.m.: warrant. Adam Cable, 34, 405 S. Ohio Ave., was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

SUNDAY

-10:01 p.m.: theft. Walmart on Michigan Street reported the theft of a Logitech headset, an Anker Bluetooth speaker, an Xbox controller, a laundry basket and a pair of sandals.

-9:10 p.m.: purpose to commit theft. Richard Osborne, 31, 303 S. Miami Ave., reported someone broke into the residence and took a small gun safe, a SentrySafe, $1500, 100 DVDs and an Icon motorcycle jacket, valued at $190.

-7:56 p.m.: warrant. Jacob Hawkins, 30, 1218 Hilltop Ave., was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-8:44 a.m.: warrant. Isabell Coffey, 66, 625 N. West Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

-8:05 a.m.: theft. Matthew Cotterman, 33, 1842 Robert Drive, reported someone entered his vehicle and stole $300, a Dewalt saw and impact driver and a CD player.

-12:39 a.m.: physical control. Eric Fresch, 45, Huron, was arrested for physical control at/above “per se” limits.

SATURDAY

-10:27 p.m.: discharging firearms. It was reported a male was shooting a handgun outside of the residence of 323 Grant St.

-8:50 p.m.: found property. A Walmart credit card belonging to Celesia Vargas, 52, of Sidney, was found at the Shelby County Fairgrounds.

-3 p.m.: aggravated menacing. Michael Payne, 28, 1037 Miami Ave., was arrested for aggravated menacing.

-12:17 p.m.: theft. Tianna Sharon, 25, 306 N. Main Ave., reported the theft of three sets of drinking glasses, a porcelain cat and a purse from Extra Space Storage on West Russell Road.

-5:40 a.m.: theft. Dalton Jenkins, 19, 612 N. Main Ave., reported his 1997 Grand Cherokee Jeep was stolen. It was recovered later that day.

FRIDAY

-11:12 p.m.: lost property. Justin Jackson, 18, 728 N. Ohio Ave., reported he lost his vehicle’s temporary license plate.

-6:50 p.m.: found property. A Minster bank card belonging to Carol Heinfeld, 60, Minster, was reported found at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet on Michigan Street and turned into the police department.

-6:10 p.m.: burglary. Richard Osborne, 31, 303 S. Miami Ave., reported someone broke into his home and took a jewelry box containing miscellaneous rings, valued at $2000, a shoe rack and various shoes, valued at $500, and a Verizon 8-inch tablet, valued at $200.

-5:37 p.m.: warrant. Jessica Withrow, 35, 208 Washington St., was arrested on an active warrant.

-5:20 p.m.: contempt. Joseph Schmidt, 40, Bradford, was arrested on a contempt warrant.

-3:24 p.m.: burglary. Police are investigating a report of a past burglary made by Emma Allen, 31, 615 N. Main Ave., in which a 39-inch TV, $300 and medication were stolen.

-8:31 a.m.: theft. Donnie King, 39, 544 Michigan St., reported the theft of $150 and 19 doses of Suboxone prescription medication.

-5:13 a.m.: criminal damaging. Christa Moses, 35, 706 Clinton Ave., reported a tire and windshield of the vehicle belonging to Gilce Moses, 1526 Willow Place, had been damaged.

THURSDAY

-10:04 p.m.: criminal damaging. Christa Moses, 35, 706 Clinton Ave., reported the past damage of a window and siding on her home.

April 28

-10:45 p.m.: theft. Walmart on Michigan Street reported a past theft had occurred at the business.

Crashes

Dorothy Tucker, 59, 725 Campbell Road, was cited with starting and backing after a crash on Monday at 3:05 p.m.

Tucker was backing out of her driveway on Campbell Road when she backed into a parked vehicle on the north side of Campbell Road facing the west.

The other vehicle was owned by Justin Neville, 723 Campbell Road.

• No one was cited following a crash on Saturday at 12:52 p.m.

Jane Willis, 1462 Langdon Drive, was traveling eastbound West Russell Road when the left rear tire fell off causing damage to the left rear axel and rear bumper of his vehicle.

• Alexis Steele, 18, 1113 Spruce Ave., was cited with right of way turning left after a crash on Friday at 1:10 p.m.

Steele was turning left out of the Dollar General parking lot on West Russell Road when she pulled in front of and struck the westbound vehicle driven by Amy Thompson, 42, of Covington, on West Russell Road.

• Kelly Lyons, 44, 287 Hillcrest Court, was cited with assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 4:28 p.m.

Lyons was traveling westbound on East Court Street when she failed to stop as she approached North West Avenue and struck the stopped car in front of her at the light on North West Avenue.

The other vehicle was driven by Harold Deal, 72, 1130 Hawthorne Drive.

• Ronald Vanderpool, 61, Tiffin, was cited with turning left rules following a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 1:51 p.m.

Vanderpool was traveling was traveling eastbound on state Route 47 in the left lane when he attempted to make a left turn onto the southbound exit ramp of Interstate 75 and was struck by a westbound vehicle on state Route 47 in the left lane at the southbound exit ramp of I-75 that was driven by Jeffery Martin, 27, 503 Buckeye Ave.

Vanderpool and his passenger, Teresa Dunn, 56, of Piqua, were transported by Sidney Rescue to Wilson Health.

TUESDAY

-12:22 to 3:40 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to three calls.

MONDAY

-7:40 a.m. to 8:55 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to 16 calls.

SUNDAY

-3:23 to 6:09 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to two fire alarms.

-3:03 to 10:30 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to six calls.
