-1:42 a.m.: criminal damaging. Taryne Bard, 31, Akron, reported someone cut the left front tire on her vehicle.

MONDAY

-10:06 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Robbie Carr, 40, at large, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

-9:08 p.m.: unruly juvenile. Police are investigating the report of a runaway juvenile.

-7:01 p.m.: theft. Phyllis Miller, 58, 126 W. Edgewood Road, reported the theft of a chain with a pendant, valued at $89.99, and a chain with a diamond pendant, valued at $83.99.

-5:33 p.m.: theft. Jennifer Seeback, 36, 329 Williams St., reported her car was entered, 50 cents was taken, and eight solar lights and were stolen from the yard.

-5:29 p.m.: theft. Mersadis Atkinson, 21, 815 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. I, reported someone hacked into her Park National Bank account and made fraudulent charges.

-4:21 p.m.: missing person. Kelly Davis, 35, 918 Buckeye Ave., reported her juvenile son was missing.

-3:55 p.m.: theft. Margaret Cornett, 43, 222 E. Bennett St., reported someone entered her husband’s unlocked vehicle and stole four knives.

-3:50 p.m.: missing person. Misty Harvey, 36, 1151 Riverbend Blvd., reported her juvenile son left home and did not return.

-2:57 p.m.: possession of drugs. Mitch Hudson, 44, 704 Park St., Apt. 5, was arrested for possession of drugs and tampering with evidence.

-1:33 p.m.: theft. Carl Graham, 81, Tipp City, reported five miscellaneous DVDs were stolen and were later found at JD’s Buy Sell Trade on East Court Street.

-12:22 p.m.: lost property. Nina Kies, 66, 10900 Millcreek Road, reported she lost a set of keys to her 2012 Chevy Equinox at the Senior Center on South West Avenue.

-10:40 a.m.: theft. Alan Sanford, 62, 1306 N. Main Ave., reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle and removed an Smith & Wesson 9mm handgun, a brown backpack, a game call, and a Bushnell range finder.

-10:39 a.m.: theft. Tony Donahue Jr., 19, 220 Oak Ave., reported someone used his work card to withdraw $202.50 from his account.

SUNDAY

-7:29 p.m.: theft. Anthony Barker, 55, 1599 Timberridge Drive, reported someone stole his Echo leaf blower, valued at $500, from his trailer.

-7:28 p.m.: domestic violence. Stephen Sagraves, 30, 307 S. Waverly St., Apt. B, was arrested for domestic violence and endangering children.

-12:44 a.m.: driving under the influence. Richard Walker, 59, 2009 Michigan St., Room 311, was arrested for OVI.

SATURDAY

-7:36 p.m.: criminal damaging. Heather Juarez, 31, 222 S. Walnut Ave., reported an assault and damage to her car hood.

-7:21 p.m.: theft. Arthur Jones, 55, 217 ½ E. North St., reported the theft of prescription trazodone medication.

-6:43 p.m.: warrant. Gary Gates, 36, Lima, was arrested on a warrant.

-3:21 p.m.: theft. Shirley Leach, 66, 511 Hall Ave., reported her Mongoose bicycle was taken from 217 E. Dallas St.

-11:28 a.m.: criminal damaging. Carolyn Wolfe, 66, 1235 Apple Blossom Lane, reported someone damaged her cement lawn decoration.

-10:24 a.m.: theft. Briana Johnson, 27, 817 Dingman St., reported the theft of a black wallet containing $190, miscellaneous change, a Chase Freedom credit card, a Chase debit card, a Chase savings ATM card, a Best Buy credit card and Victoria’s Secret credit card.

-9:09 a.m.: criminal damaging. Stanley Frye, 79, 1376 Constitution Ave., reported someone damaged a light house, valued at $125, on his property.

FRIDAY

-7:23 p.m.: lost property. Frances Carpenter, 44, 221 King Court, reported she lost her wallet containing her ID card, Social Security card and a dial-a-ride card in the Sidney area.

-5:16 p.m.: warrant. Robert Barga, 40, 615 Sixth Ave., was arrested on a grand jury indictment.

-4:08 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A 17-year-old male was charged with unruly juvenile.

-4:05 p.m.: contempt. Maria Huffman, 29, 2355 Collins Drive, Apt. D, was arrested on a contempt warrant and a grand jury indictment.

-2:37 p.m.: breaking and entering. Police are investigating the report made by Milligan Construction on Milligan Court of a theft.

Crashes

Leon Hughes, 65, 1141 Morris Ave., was cited with right of way at private drive following a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 5:28 p.m.

Hughes was exiting the Emerson Climate Technologies parking lot on Campbell Road, turning eastbound, when he struck the eastbound vehicle on Campbell Road driven by Sherry Porrorf, 63, 2891 Meadowbrook Drive.

Both vehicles sustained minor damage.

• McKenzie Middendorf, 21, 2045 State Route 705 west, was cited with operations at stop sign after a two-vehicle crash on Sunday at 2:10 p.m.

Middendorf was attempting to turn east from Lest Avenue onto state Route 47 when she pulled in front of the westbound vehicle on state Route 47 driven by Haley Jones, 18, 9750 Pasco Montra Road, causing Jones to hit the driver’s side of Middendorf’s vehicle.

Both drivers and Jones’ passenger, Scott Boerger, 19, 5205 Harding Wapak Road, were transported by Sidney Fire Department to Wilson Health.

• Cecelia Todd, 74, 444 Elm St., was cited with yield at private drive following a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 5:50 p.m.

Todd was exiting the Helman Brothers Body Shop parking lot on Broadway Avenue, traveling west, when she was struck the northbound motorcycle on Broadway Avenue driven by Gregory Courtney, 44, 846 Fielding Road.

• Antwon Thomas, 25, 329 Maple St., was cited with assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 5:46 p.m.

Thomas was traveling westbound on Michigan Street when he failed to stop in time and rear-ended the vehicle stopped in traffic at the red light in front of him that was driven by Marc Ferree, 56, 506 Urban Ave.

• Madilee Thompson, 18, 1272 E. Hoewisher Road, was cited with assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 2:38 p.m.

Thompson was stopped in traffic in the 400 block of West Russell Road when she moved forward and rear-ended the vehicle stopped in traffic in front of her driven by Nathaniel Breinich, 35, 2224 Westminster Drive.

• Matthew Barhorst, 63, 19800 Pence Road, was cited with improper backing after a crash on Friday at 12:26 p.m.

Barhorst was backing out of the driveway of 314 Belmont St. when he struck a legally parked and unoccupied vehicle parked in front of 309 Belmont St.

The other vehicle is owned by April Clevenger, 309 Bellmont St.

TUESDAY

-2:24 to 4:17 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to three calls.

MONDAY

-5:45 a.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to 2400 Industrial Drive for a fire alarm.

-4:55 a.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to 2400 Industrial Drive for a fire alarm due to a power outage.

-4:36 a.m.: service call. Firefighters responded to 2615 Campbell Road for a service call due to a power outage.

-2:27 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 19 calls.

SUNDAY

-7:47 p.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to a false fire alarm.

-2:10 p.m.: crash. Crews responded to an automobile crash.

-10:51 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to 201 Doorley Road on the report of a possible dishwasher fire.

-7:57 a.m. to 9:25 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to six calls.
