TUESDAY

-1:40 p.m.: threats and harassment. Deputies were dispatched to 2663 River Road in Orange Township on the report of threats from a neighbor.

-1:19 p.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies investigated a complaint at the Sidney High School on Campbell Road.

-10:21 a.m.: trespassing. Deputies were dispatched to Mason Road and Thompson Schiff Road in Franklin Township on the report a neighbor continuously trespasses on the farm property.

-7:30 a.m.: suspicious person. Deputies were dispatched to the 600 block of Doorley Road in Clinton Township on the report a suspicious male is walking behind homes.

MONDAY

-11 p.m.: burglary. Deputies were dispatched to 13490 Pasco Montra Road in Jackson Township on the report someone tried to break into the residence.

-10:53 p.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies were dispatched to 14400 Runor Drive in Orange Township to investigate a complaint someone was banging on the door and would not leave.

-6:56 p.m.: harassment. Deputies were dispatched to 1359 S. Main Ave. in Clinton Township on the report of harassment.

-4:25 p.m.: property damage crash. Deputies were dispatched to Provico-Maplewood farm equipment/supplies on Maplewood Road on the report of a two-vehicle crash.

-1:40 p.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies were dispatched to Job & Family Services, 227 S. Ohio Ave., Sidney, to investigate a complaint.

12:25 p.m.: property damage crash. Deputies were dispatched to County Road 25A and Mason Road for a property damage crash.

-6:51 a.m.: vandalism. Deputies are investigating a report of a house and cars being egged overnight at 10995 Little Turtle Way in Washington Township. Timothy S. Campbell reported two vehicles were egged.

SUNDAY

-11 p.m.: prowlers. Deputies investigated a report of someone walking around a trailer at 5880 State Route 29 with a flashlight.

-8:08 p.m.: vandalism. Deputies were dispatched to 7566 Stoker Road on a report of screens at the residence being cut. Shawn R. Smith told deputies that two window screens were cut from the frame. There was damage to the front door paint around the dead bolt and the back door had muddy footprints on it. Damage to the screens was set at $30.

-10:29 a.m.: investigative complaint. Jackson Center police investigated a complaint at 120 Redbud Circle in Jackson Township on the report of possible drugs in apartment building.

MONDAY

-9:40 p.m.: property damage crash. Anna Police was dispatched to East Main Street and North Pike Street, Anna, on the report of a crash.

-12:55 p.m.: property damage crash. Jackson Center Police was dispatched to 204 S. Linden St., Jackson Center, for a property damage crash.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-2:25 a.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue, Houston Rescue and Deputies responded to the 2900 block of state Route 66 in Loramie Township.

MONDAY

-6:24 p.m.: fire. Russia Fire Department and Houston Fire Department responded to 251 Rangeline Road in Loramie Township on the report of an unsupervised field fire.

-5:49 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 18000 block of state Route 65 in Jackson Township.

-5:09 p.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue and Deputies responded to the 300 block of West Main Street in Salem Township.

-4:11 p.m.: medical. Houston Rescue responded to the 4600 block of Hardin Wapakoneta Road in Washington Township.

-2:25 p.m.: fire. Port Jefferson Fire and Maplewood Fire were dispatched to the 8000 block of Johnston Slagle Road for a fire in the woods.

-1:33 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue was dispatched to the 10000 block of County Road 25A in Franklin Township.

-1:31 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Botkins Police were dispatched to the 100 block of West Street in Dinsmore Township.

-12:22 p.m.: fire. Anna Fire was dispatched to the 97 mile marker of northbound Interstate 75 for a vehicle fire.

-10:05 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue was dispatched to the 12000 block of Meranda Road in Franklin Township.

-7:36 a.m.: fire. Maplewood Fire was dispatched to 206 Liberty St., Quincy, for a train engine on fire.

SUNDAY

-10:22 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue and a Deputy were dispatched to the 3000 block of Michigan Street in Turtle Creek Township.

-3:57 p.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue and Port Jefferson Fire were dispatched to the 5000 block of state Route 29 in Perry Township.

Crashes

Shelly A. McDade, 38, 4748 State Route 66, Houston, was cited for failure to control following a one-vehicle crash Saturday at 4:12 a.m.

McDade was eastbound on Fessler Buxton Road when the vehicle left the roadway and traveled along a ditch. The vehicle struck a utility pole and then spun/rolled onto its top.

There was no one with the vehicle when emergency personnel arrived on the scene.

The 2012 Nissan Altima was disabled in the crash and towed from the scene.

• No citations were issued following a one-vehicle crash Friday at 8:24 p.m.

Joanna San Juana, 48, 201 North St., Osgood, was northbound in the 7000 block of state Route 66 and was attempting to negotiate a curve in the roadway. The vehicle went off the left side of the road and struck a utility pole, overturned and came to rest on its wheels in the side ditch.

She told deputies she swerved to avoid an oncoming vehicle that was partially in her lane of travel. There were no witnesses at the scene.

She was transported to Wilson Health by a private vehicle.

The 2003 Chevrolet S10 was disabled in the crash and towed from the scene.

• No one was cited following a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 7:23 a.m.

Christopher-John Trahey, 19, 1138 Riverbend Blvd, Sidney, was traveling northbound on Riverside Drive when he did not stop in time and rear-ended the stopped vehicle in front of him that was about to make a left hand turn onto Port Jefferson Road from Riverside Drive.

The other vehicle was driven by Elizabeth Gibson, 16, 9758 Friend Road, De Graff.

• No citations were issued following a crash on Monday, May 8, at 4:47 p.m.

Tyler Swartz, 22, 185 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. A, was traveling northbound on Lindsey Road when he left the roadway on the right, traveled into a creek bed and struck the embankment at the north.

Swartz then fled the scene and was apprehended in a near by wooded lot. He was transported by Houston Rescue to Wilson Health.

The vehicle sustained heavy damage.
