THURSDAY

-3:17 a.m.: theft. Amy Thompson, 40, 221 E. Water St., reported her 1998 Honda Civic was stolen by a juvenile. The juvenile allegedly involved was arrested.

-12:53 a.m.: theft. Angel Litton, 30, 302 E. Court St., reported someone she knows took a dark green Grand Teton mountain bike from her residence.

WEDNESDAY

-2:50 p.m.: theft. Dalton Jenkins, 19, 612 N. Main Ave., reported the 1999 Chevrolet Silverado truck owned by Corey’s Custom Auto of Piqua was stolen from 1544 Michigan St. after the keys were left in the vehicle, valued at $1,500.

-12:59 a.m.: driving under the influence. Sherry Slife, 30, 943 Buckeye Ave., was arrested for OVI.

Crashes

Amantha Garpiel, 18, Piqua, was cited for turning at an intersection on Wednesday at 3:44 p.m.

Garpiel was travelling northbound in the right lane on North Main Avenue, which is a one-way road, and while attempting a left hand turn struck the right rear of the northbound vehicle in the left lane, causing minor damage.

The other vehicle was driven by Kristina Mertz, 45, 1402 Garfield Ave.

Fire, rescue

THURSDAY

-7:50 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.

WEDNESDAY

-1:46 p.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to the report of a mulch fire.

-1:40 to 5 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to four calls.
