Police log

WEDNESDAY

-4:44 p.m.: criminal damaging. Abe Williamson, 53, 627 N. West Ave., reported damage to vehicle’s windshield and rear passenger’s tire at his residence. A police investigation continues.

-12:32 p.m.: dogs running at large. Police are investigating the report made by Heaven Curtis, 20, Piqua, that she was bit by a dog in the 700 block of Third Avenue.

-11:29 a.m.: criminal damaging. Tommy Briggs, 71, 631 Wilson Ave., reported his barn roof and shingles were damaged.

-9:04 a.m.: theft. Amanda Maldonada, 1125 Hilltop Ave., Apt. A, reported the theft of $150 from her residence.

Crashes

Harry Faulker, 76, 1645 Westlake Drive, was cited with operation at signs after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 8:20 a.m.

Faulker was stopped at the stop sign on Westlake Drive at Fair Road and when he proceeded he failed to see and yield for an eastbound vehicle on Fair Road and pulled in front of that vehicle driven by Aaron Billing, 34, of Troy, causing a collision.

THURSDAY

-10:24 a.m.: crash. Crews responded to the report of an automobile crash.

-7:31 a.m.: stand by. Crews were on stand by for the police department.

WEDNESDAY

-10:43 p.m.: carbon monoxide. Crews responded to a carbon monoxide incident.

-7:47 p.m.: lines down. Firefighters responded to the report of power lines down.

-12:14 to 8:30 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to three calls.

-12:05 p.m.: odor. Crews responded to the report of a natural gas odor. Nothing was found.

-11:54 a.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to false fire alarm.
