-11:19 p.m.: theft. A portable stop sign on top of a sawhorse was reported stolen from the city of Sidney at North Vandemark Road and West Russell Road.

SUNDAY

-8:41 a.m.: warrant. Anthony McLain, 28, 110 N. Wilkinson Ave., was arrested on a probation violation warrant.

-3:03 a.m.: assault. Tiffany Johnson, 29, 326 Park St., was arrested for assault.

SATURDAY

-8:06 a.m.: theft. Jon Snyder, 51, 621 Linden Ave., reported a past theft of $400 from his residence.

-2:14 a.m.: warrant. Jason Clevenger, 35, 92 Brooklyn Ave., was arrested for assault.

FRIDAY

-11:44 p.m.: criminal damaging. John Castle, 50, 516 Oak Ave., reported someone scratched and dented his Chevy truck.

-10:57 p.m.: theft. April Bixler, 36, 623 Fourth Ave., reported someone entered her garage and took a Colony bicycle with one tire, valued at $400.

-9:07 p.m.: theft. Justin Thomas, 31, 327 Jefferson St., reported 45 unit doses of Neurotin medication, a Freestyle Light glucose meter and a Basaglar insulin pen were stolen from his residence.

-6:45 p.m.: warrant. Stevie Bell, 18, 1614 Catalpa Place, was arrested on an active warrant.

-2:26 p.m.: probation violation. Heather Juarez, 32, 520 Second Ave., Apt. B, was arrested on a probation violation.

-2:17 p.m.: theft. Rachel Hamblin, 30, 509 Forest St., reported the theft of 120 doses of Vicodin medication from her vehicle at her residence.

-10:45 a.m.: criminal simulation. The Dollar General on West Russell Road reported receiving a counterfeit $100 bill.

June 27

-6:48 p.m.: theft. Jammie Bowersock, 48, 115 N. Highland Ave., reported someone removed a spark plug wire from his motorcycle at his residence.

Crashes

Robert Lontz, 82, 411 N. Wagner Ave., was cited for improper lane change after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 3:05 p.m.

Lontz was traveling eastbound on Michigan Street in the continuous turn lane, after exiting a parking lot, and as he was attempting to merge into traffic he stuck the left front end of another eastbound vehicle on Michigan Street.

The other vehicle was driven by Pauline Wogaman, 54, of Versailles.

Fire, rescue

MONDAY

-8:15 a.m. to 1:21 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to six calls.

-7:47 a.m.: service call. Crews responded to a good intent call.

SUNDAY

-1:55 p.m.: mutual aid. Crews responded for a river rescue with Lockington.

-10:14 a.m.: stand by. Crews were on an EMS stand by.

-9:30 a.m. to 10:04 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to seven calls.
