TUESDAY

-2:02 p.m.: suspicious person. Deputies were dispatched to 10389 Black Fox Trail in Washington Township to report a past suspicious activity.

-1:52 p.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies were dispatched to the city of Sidney on the report an inmate took off from the work program.

-8:20 a.m.: trash dumping. Deputies were dispatched to 6988 Holeton Road in Loramie Township on the report of trash dumping.

-3:42 a.m.: suspicious car. Deputies were dispatched to 9673 County Road 25A in Franklin Township on the report of a suspicious car.

-1:15 a.m.: vehicle in ditch. Fort Loramie Rescue and Deputies responded to the 8000 block of state Route 47 in Turtle Creek on the report of an SUV in the ditch.

-12:26 a.m.: fireworks. Deputies were dispatched to Hidden Valley Mobile Home Park on state Route 29 in Perry Township on the report someone was setting off fireworks in the area.

MONDAY

-12:01 p.m.: tree down. Van Buren Township Fire Department and Deputies were dispatched to the 15000 block of state Route 29 in Van Buren Township on the report a tree was down and was partially blocking the road.

-9:44 a.m.: property damage crash. Deputies were dispatched to the 2000 block of state Route 66 in Loramie Township on the report of a one-vehicle crash.

SUNDAY

-9:25 p.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies investigated the complaint that a male was locked in his basement at 10540 State Route 65 in Salem Township.

-6:17 p.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies investigated a report of lost cell phone in the 6800 block of state Route 66. The caller said the Find My Phone app indicated the phone was in that area.

-9:25 p.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies investigated a complaint at 8286 Hardin Wapakoneta Road of a possible lost wallet at Walmart.

-3:19 p.m: property damage crash. Van Buren Township Fire Department and Deputies responded to Bornhorst Road at state Route 119 in Van Buren Township on the report of a property damage crash.

-12:28 a.m.: domestic violence. Jonathon D. Sendelbach, 33, of Englewood, was arrested on domestic violence charge after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend while they were attending Country Concert. He was transported to the Shelby County Jail and given a bond of $2,067.

SATURDAY

-11 p.m.: criminal damaging. Alexis R. Campos, Murfeesboro, Tennessee, reported the window of her truck was broken out while it was parked at Country Concert.

-10:30 p.m.: Theft without consent. Tyler Mentes, 15775 Meranda Road, Anna, reported someone broke into his vehicle between 10:30 p.m. Friday and and 10:30 p.m. Saturday and allegedly took two guns. The guns — an AR-15 Ruger 556 and Glock 43 9mm— were entered into LEADS/NCIC. There are no suspects at this time.

-10:15 p.m.: assault. Deputies investigated the assault of Randy Nichols, 39, of Laura, who was attending Country Concert. Nichols told deputies he was arguing with a man, who kicked him in the face. Deputies talked to people in the area but no one knew the identity of the unknown man. Nichols was transported to the hospital by EMS for further treatment.

-9:36 p.m.: assault. Eric Scott Roediger, 18, 655 S. Highland Ave., Sidney, was charged with assault and prohibitions after allegedly hitting a Key II security officer at the ice tent at Country Concert.

-12:10 a.m.: theft without consent. Matthew Bertsch, of Sidney, reported his vehicle was broken into while it was parked at 205 W. Wall St., Port Jefferson. Change and miscellaneous items valued at $20 was taken.

-12:01 a.m.: criminal damaging. Daniel Jacob Snyder, 29, of Huber Heights, was issued a summons to appear in Sidney Municipal Court on July 10. He was charged with criminal damaging after allegedly breaking out a camper window at Country Concert. The camper is owned by Ryan Gren and Addison Michael Stanley, both of Wapakoneta. Snyder was transported to Wilson Health for injuries received when he allegedly broke the window.

THURSDAY

-8:30 p.m.: personal injury. Deputies were dispatched to 7103 State Route 66 in Cynthian Township after medics requested backup; subject was released to friends.

-8:37 p.m.: personal injury. Deputies were dispatched to 7103 State Route 66 in Cynthian Township after medics requested backup.

-10:49 p.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies were dispatched to 7103 State Route 66 in Cynthian Township on the report of a fight.

MONDAY

-8:28 p.m.: theft. Jackson Center Police responded to the 300 block of Clay Street in Jackson Township on the report of a stolen phone.

Crashes

Jonathan Hancock, 20, 206 S. Linden Ave., Anna, was cited with improper backing following a two-vehicle crash on Sunday at 3:19 p.m.

Hancock was backing out of a driveway on state Route 119 when he struck a westbound vehicle on state Route 119. After the collision the other vehicle then struck a mailbox.

The rear of Hancock’s vehicle and the bed of the truck that was driven by Vernon Albers, 76, 9844 State Route 119, Anna, sustained damage.

• No citations were issued following a one-vehicle crash Friday at 11:56 p.m.

Inderpreet Singh, 28, of 504 S. West Ave., Sidney, was traveling southwest in the 10000 block of state Route 65 when he lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a left curve. The vehicle slid off the left side of the road and struck two trees. The vehicle came to rest on the east side of the road.

Singh told deputies the crash occurred because the vehicle got a flat tire. It was unclear if the tire was flat before the collision occurred.

The vehicle was disabled in the crash and towed from the scene.

• Ashley Marie Weislak, 25, of Toledo, was sited for failure to yield at a stop or yield sign following a two-vehicle crash Friday at 10:53 p.m.

Weislak was westbound on Cardo Road. A vehicle driven by Elise Kiser, 29, of Piqua, was southbound on state Route 66.

Weislak stopped at the intersection and didn’t see any other cars. She pulled out and struck Kiser’s vehicle.

Chelsea King, 27, of Toledo, was ejected from the open passenger window of Weislak’s vehicle. She refused treatment at the scene.

Weislak vehicle was disabled in the crash and was towed from the scene. Kiser’s vehicle was disabled in the crash and also towed from the scene.

• No citations were issue following a one-vehicle crash Friday at 4:19 p.m.

Hanna Grace Michael, 17, of Sidney, was traveling east on West Mason Road when the vehicle hydroplaned and left the roadway to the right. The vehicle struck a culvert, causing it to flip over. The vehicle struck several garbage cans in the driveway.

The vehicle was disabled in the crash and towed from the scene.

• No citations were issued following a car crash on Thursday at 3:50 p.m.

Cheyenne Reeve, 26, 1525 Kenwood Drive, Apt. 6, was traveling north on Knoop Johnston Road in Perry Township and went off the right side of the road and struck a traffic sign.

TUESDAY

-11:20 a.m.: medical. Russia Fire Department and Versailles Life Squad responded to the 100 block of Borchers Street in Loramie Township.

-6:02 a.m.: medical. Houston Rescue responded to the 10900 block of Little Turtle Way in Washington Township.

MONDAY

-4:56 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 12500 block of Meranda Road in Franklin Township.

-3:33 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Botkins Police responded to the 300 block of East South Street in Dinsmore Township.

-8:28 a.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue responded to the 17100 block of Deweese Road in Perry Township.

-7:25 a.m.: crash with injuries. Maplewood Fire Department responded to Logan County on the report of a one-vehicle roll over crash.

SUNDAY

-3:56 p.m.: crash with injuries. Anna Rescue and Fire Department and Deputies responded to Sharp Road at state Route 29 on the report of a one vehicle crash.

-3:43 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue responded to the 11900 block of Arling Road in Turtle Creek.
