WEDNESDAY

-8:08 a.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies investigated a report that a bay window was broken out at 10963 Schenk Road in Washington Township.

-2:30 a.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies investigated a complaint at City Carry Out on North Ohio Avenue in Clinton Township.

TUESDAY

-7:27 p.m.: trespassing. Deputies were dispatched to 4646 Pampel Road in Loramie Township on the report people were trespassing and shooting on the property.

-6:04 p.m.: theft. Deputies were dispatched to 9243 State Route 119 in Van Buren Township on the report of the theft of an Xbox.

-5:55 p.m.: threats and harassment. Deputies were dispatched to 2108 McCloskey School Road in Orange Township on the report of threats and harassment.

-5:37 p.m.: trespassing. Deputies were dispatched to 6625 Stoker Road in Cynthian Township on the report of a trespassing.

-8:33 a.m.: warrant. Brad Moffitt, 42, 613 S. Highland Ave., was arrested on a probation violation and was charged with felonious assault after allegedly assaulting a person.

TUESDAY

-3:26 p.m.: theft. Anna Police and Botkins Police responded to Speedway on East Main Street on the report of stolen lottery tickets.

Crashes

No citations were issued following a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 12:16 p.m.

L. Jearlene Swiger, 69, 1806 Fair Oaks Drive, was traveling westbound on state Route 29 approaching Doorley Road when she told the responding deputy she slowed down and activated her left turn signal to turn south. Bethany Mowery, 24, of DeGraff, was traveling westbound behind Swiger when she rear-ended her vehicle. Mowery told the deputy she did not see Swiger activate her turn signal.

Swiger refused medical treatment on the scene.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-3:36 a.m.: medical. Houston Rescue responded to the 800 block of Miami Conservancy Road in Washington Township.

-1:04 a.m.: fire. Lockington Fire Department responded to the railroad crossing at Lindsey Road on the report three transformers near the railroad were on fire.

TUESDAY

-3:06 p.m.: crash. Russia Fire Department, Houston Rescue and Deputies responded to the 3000 block of Russia Versailles Road in Loramie Township on the report of a crash with injuries.
