THURSDAY
-5:17 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Jennifer Stephens, 34, 301 S. Miami Ave., was arrested on a grand jury indictment.
-7:10 p.m.: theft. Katie Dumke, 24, 1209 Hilltop Ave., Apt. D, reported her vehicle’s rear license plate was either lost or stolen.
-5:50 p.m.: assault. Trevor Chase, 18, 411 S. Main Ave., was arrested for assault.
-2:19 p.m.: theft. Jayde Ballard, 19, Fort Meyers, Florida, and Heather Roeder, 30, Delphos, were arrested for theft after Lowe’s Home Improvement on Michigan Street reported the theft of two Dewalt tool kits: a five-tool combo kit, valued at $529; and a four-tool combo kit, valued at $299. Both tool kits were recovered later.
-1:57 p.m.: contempt. Patricia Slagle, 32, Piqua, was arrested on a contempt warrant.
-7:39 a.m.: criminal damaging. Curtis Johnson, 53, 410 Sycamore Ave., reported his left rear car window had been damaged at 730 Michigan St.
TUESDAY
-2:31 p.m.: criminal damaging. The vehicle owned by Caitlyn Denise, 24, 815 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. J, was reported to have been keyed.
-1:05 p.m.: receiving stolen property. Timothy Edwards, 45, 121 Queen St., was charged with stolen property after a stolen 20-inch Dyno bicycle was recovered.
Crashes
Sharon Runkle, 68, of Urbana, was cited with improper backing following a crash on Thursday at 4:47 p.m.
Runkle was backing out of the driveway of 1440 Carol St. when she struck a legally parked vehicle on the north side of the road that is owned by Randy Vandergrith, 2557 Alpine St.

-3:02 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.
THURSDAY
-10:36 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to 720 Linden Ave. for an illegal open burn.
-2:49 to 7:58 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to seven calls.
