-10:51 a.m.: theft. AVI Food Systems on Milligan Court reported the theft of $20,551 by an employee between February to October of 2016.

-11:42 a.m.: inducing panic. Police are investigating the report someone was making threats and barricaded himself in apartment J of 815 Arrowhead Drive.

WEDNESDAY

-11:02 p.m.: warrant. Donald Hicks, 38, of Belle Center, was arrested on a warrant.

-10:05 p.m.: runaway. Police are investigating the report of a runaway juvenile.

-3:01 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating the theft report made by Rob Miller, 46, 812 Third Ave., that someone dumped trash into his business’s dumpster at Howard’s Tire Services on North West Avenue.

-3:13 p.m.: missing person. Police are investigating the report that Randy Thompson, 23, 221 ½ N. West Ave., is missing.

-3:08 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating the theft of a Schwinn bicycle from Sidney Middle School on Fair Road.

-9:57 a.m.: possession of drugs. Lucas Schutte, 36, of Dayton, was arrested for possessing drugs and criminal tools after a traffic stop.

TUESDAY

-10:09 a.m.: domestic violence. Tyler Shuster, 25, 1019 Juniper Way, was arrested for domestic violence.

THURSDAY

-12:54 to 9:52 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to five calls.

WEDNESDAY

-2:44 to 8:47 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on five calls.

-11:10 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to N K Parts Industries on South Kuther Road on a false fire alarm.
