-11:18 a.m.: trash dumping. Deputies were dispatched to 327 State Route 66 in Washington Township on the report tires were dumped on property’s field.
-10:02 a.m. to 2:38 p.m.: theft. Deputies responded to the Sidney Middle School on Fair Road for two theft reports.
-6:09 a.m.: vehicle in ditch. Deputies were dispatched to the 1000 block of state Route 66 in Loramie Township on the report of a black sedan in a field.
MONDAY
-11:28 p.m.: assist. Deputies were dispatched to Fourth Avenue and West Russell Road to assist another unit.
-4:27 p.m.: theft. Deputies were dispatched to 3270 River Road in Orange Township on the report two push mowers were stolen from the residence.
4:22 p.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies were dispatched to 2752 state Route 29 in Franklin Township on the report a loud boom was heard on Saturday and to investigate what may be a bullet hole in the wall of the apartment building.
-2:33 p.m.: pursuit. Deputies responded to mile marker 90 on Interstate 75 for the pursuit of a dark red vehicle.
-9:18 a.m.: drugs. Deputies responded to the report of drugs at the Sheriff’s Office on Gearhart Road.
-8:21 a.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies were dispatched to 17373 on state Route 47 in Salem Township on the report someone unwanted had been on the front porch all night.

-10:02 p.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies investigated a possible civil issue at 5630 Rangeline Road in Cynthian Township.
-4:20 p.m.: suspicious car. Deputies investigated a suspicious vehicle at Charm Hill Drive and Tawny Leaf Court in Orange Township.

-10:46 p.m.: crash with injuries. Deputies are investigating a crash with injuries at the railroad crossing at Russia Versailles Road.

-6:30 p.m.: threats. Jackson Center Police was dispatched to the railroad crossing at East Pike Street in Jackson Township on the report a male climbed onto a semitrailer and threatened the driver.
-3:35 p.m.: investigate complaint. Jackson Center Police was dispatched to 300 Clay Street in Jackson Township to investigate a snake at the residence.
-1:20 p.m.: suspicious car. Jackson Center Police was dispatched to the 600 block of West Pike Street in Jackson Township on the report of a suspicious car.
SATURDAY
-1:30 p.m.: suspicious person. Botkins Police investigated a report of a suspicious person at 13815 Botkins Road in Dinsmore Township.
-1:11 a.m: drugs. Botkins and Jackson Center Police searched a vehicle a possible marijuana in the 500 block of East State Street in Dinsmore Township. Vonzell Jones, of Fremont, was charged with a misdemeanor.
FRIDAY
-11:27 p.m.: drugs. Anna Police investigated a report of drugs in the 400 block of Ruby Court in Franklin Township.
-7:21 p.m.: investigate complaint. Jackson Center Police investigated a complaint at 600 Jackson St. in Jackson Township.
-7:15 p.m.: investigate complaint. Anna Police investigated a complaint at 508 E. North St., in Anna.
-3:19 p.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies investigated a complaint at 3434 State Route 66 in Loramie Township.
-2:13 p.m.: arrest. Michael Taylor, 108 N. Main St., Apt. 1, Botkins, was arrested by the Botkins Police following an incident at the residence.
Crashes
Derick Thacker, 34, of Bradford, was cited with failure to control after a crash on Saturday at 10:46 p.m.
Thacker was traveling southbound on a motorcycle over a railroad crossing on Russia Versailles Road when he rode over the left side of the roadway and cut the curb where it curves to the left goes eastbound. He then went off the left shoulder into the gravel, lost traction and control, going right, and went across the median. The motorcycle then went onto its left side and slid off the left side of the roadway into the ditch.
Thacker was transported by a private vehicle to Wayne Hospital and the motorcycle was towed by Meyer’s Towing from the scene.
• Cody Nathaniel Fairchild, 19, 209 W. Main St., Russia, was transported to Wilson Health by Houston Rescue following a one-vehicle crash Friday at 10:44 p.m.
Fairchild was traveling on Russia Road when he went off the right side of the road. He then over corrected and went left of center. The vehicle went back off the right side of the road and struck a utility pole.
Fairchild told deputies he swerved to miss a raccoon. There was a dead raccoon laying on the road.
His 2009 Honda Accord was disabled in the crash and towed from the scene.

TUESDAY
-12:01 p.m.: mutual aid. Anna Rescue responded to the Sidney Fire Department on West Poplar Street for mutual aid to man the station.
-11:51 a.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue responded to the 1200 block of Children’s Home Road in Clinton Township.
-6:21 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 200 block of South Pike Street in Franklin Township.
-12:21 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 300 block of South Mill Street in Dinsmore Township.
MONDAY
-9:11 p.m.: carbon monoxide. Anna Fire Department conducted a carbon monoxide investigation at 204 Christie Ave., Anna.
-11:51 a.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue responded to the 1200 block of Children’s Home Road in Clinton Township.
-4:39 p.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue and Port Jefferson Fire Department responded to the 5800 block of state Route 29 in Perry Township.
-6:43 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 13800 block of Fort Loramie Swanders Road in Franklin Township.

-3:38 p.m.: vehicle fire. Port Jefferson and Fletcher Fire Departments responded to the 600 block of state Route 589 in Green Township on the report of a combine fire.
