SATURDAY
-4:04 p.m.: possession of drugs. Gary W. Moses, 35, 4662 Hardin Wapakoneta Road, Sidney, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possessing criminal tools. He was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
