TUESDAY

-9:38 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A 13-year-old male was arrested for being unruly.

-8:59 a.m.: theft. Melinda Cox, 31, 217 E. Robinwood St., reported the theft of several decorative items from her yard including, 16 hanging lanterns, valued at $160, four solar lights, valued at $240, a large talking pumpkin, valued at $75, and seven pumpkins, valued at $70.

-1:01 p.m.: criminal trespass. Dillon Petty, 23, 318 Vandemark Road, was arrested for criminal trespass after Sidney Village Apartments on North Buckeye Avenue reported a disturbance.

-9:15 a.m.: contempt. Zachary Hatke, 20, of Bradford, was arrested on a contempt warrant.

-8:56 a.m.: warrant. Debra Walker, 52, 701 Monroe St., was arrested on a Miami County warrant.

MONDAY

-7:12 p.m.: theft. Walmart on Michigan Street reported the past theft of a case of Diet Pepsi from the business.

SUNDAY

-9:56 p.m.: theft. Murray Daniel, 37, 223 N. Pomeroy Ave., reported the theft of $45, his ID and a black bag from his vehicle the previous night.

Crashes

Michael Newman, 31, 211 ½ E. Court St., Apt. A, was cited with starting and backing after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 2:57 p.m.

Newman was stopped facing the east at the red light on Fair Road at the intersection of West Water Street when he started to back up because he was over the stop bar line on the roadway and struck the stopped vehicle behind him.

The other vehicle was driven by Sean Ditchkus, 49, 448 Lunar St.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-7:44 a.m.: crash. Medics responded to an automobile crash.

-2:05 a.m.: fire. Crews was dispatched for smoke removal that was caused by a furnace malfunction.

-12:44 to 10:42 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to four calls.

TUESDAY

-10:02 a.m.: carbon monoxide. Crews responded to a carbon monoxide incident.

-8:38 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 10 calls.
