NEW BREMEN — New Bremen Local Schools students will find magic “Under the Sea” at their 2017 prom, April 22, in the high school commons.

The promenade will begin at 8:30 p.m. in the gymnasium. The dance will begin at 9 p.m.

A king and queen will be crowned at the conclusion of the promenade to reign over the prom.

Candidates for prom queen are Sophie Fox, daughter of Kami and Ken Fox; Alyssa Thieman, daughter of Mari and Todd Thieman; Logan Wells, daughter of Julie and Jeff Wells; and Kathryn Niekamp, daughter of Mandy and Nate Niekamp.

King candidates are Eric Bowers, son of Tim Bowers and the late Chris Bowers; Max Messick, son of Mimi and Rob Messick; Garrett Doherty, son of Barb Doherty and Neil Doherty; and Jake Hemmelgarn, son of Angie and Dave Hemmelgarn.

After-prom activities are planned at the New Bremen Bowling Alley.
