WILMINGTON — Wilmington College senior Meghan R. Bruns, a 2013 graduate of Fort Loramie High School, is the recipient of the Animal Science Excellence Award.

The presentation was made at the college’s 36th annual Student Honors Convocation, recently.

Additionally, this current Wilmington resident was recognized for induction into Who’s Who among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

This is a national program that affords colleges the opportunity to recognize seniors at their campus who have a grade point average of 2.75 or better and who have demonstrated significant leadership and/or service to the college and/or community during his or her enrollment.

Bruns is majoring in agriculture.
