E is for Exercise at Emerson! To celebrate the letter E, Emerson kindergarten was recently treated to some exercise with Sid the Yellow Jacket and Sidney Athletic Trainer Beth Danklefson. Students moved from station to station doing a minute of activity at each, including frog jumps, mountain climbers, planks, jumping jacks and more.
