Sidney Zoning Board of Appeals

SIDNEY — The Sidney Zoning Board of Appeals will meet Monday at 4 p.m. in City Council chambers.

The board will consider a request by the Sponseller Group, on behalf of Cargill Inc., for a variance for a parking facility proposed at 2310 Industrial Drive, and a request by Keagan Donaldson for a conditional-use permit for motor vehicle sales at 301 N. Ohio Ave.

Sidney Planning Commission

SIDNEY — The Sidney Planning Commission will meet Monday at 7:30 p.m. in City Council chambers.

The commission will consider a request by Britt Havenar, on behalf of Philip and Mary Wethington, for approval of a replat of one lot and vacated street right of way to create one new lot at 501 E. Monroe St.

The commission also will consider a request by the Haley-Dusa Group, on behalf of Mutual Federal Savings Bank, for approval of a replat of two lots to create one new lot at the southwest intersection of Michigan Street and Stolle Avenue. Mutual Federal plans to build a bank on the site.

Hardin-Houston Board of Education

HOUSTON – The Hardin-Houston Board of Education will meet Monday, Aug. 17 at 7 p.m. in the school media center.

The board will discuss the monthly financial reports and expenditures for July 2015, personnel issues, and the approval of Fuel Bids.

Port Jefferson Village Council

PORT JEFFERSON — The village of Port Jefferson will conduct a monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, at the village hall.

In September, council will meet at 7 p.m. Sept. 14 due to the Labor Day holiday.

Fort Loramie Local Schools

FORT LORAMIE — Fort Loramie Local Schools Board of Education will meet in regular session at 8 p.m., Monday, Aug. 17, in the junior/senior choral room.

The council will consider tuition rates, bus routes, various rental agreements, employment of personnel, a waste disposal bid and the free and reduced lunch program.

Shelby County Regional Planning Commission

SIDNEY — The Shelby County Regional Planning Commission will hold an executive meeting Wednesday at 12:15 p.m.

The group will consider approved surveys and receive the director’s report.

Sidney-Shelby County Board of Health

SIDNEY — The Sidney-Shelby County Board of Health will meet Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the Health Department conference room.

The board will receive financial reports and the public health nursing report.
