To the editor:

Sunday, May 22, 2016, an article on page A13 in the DDN the Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is quoted as saying “We have a moral obligation to protect our children no matter what ZIP code they live in.”

To that I agree.

Where I find this statement of hers hard to understand, and it causes me to wonder how then can she promote abortion and the funding of planned parenthood? Does it matter in whose womb a child is developing or under what circumstances this child was conceived?
