The Shelby Oaks Ladies League took advantage of a good day for golf Wednesday and had 20 players on hand for the weekly round.

The play of the day was low gross on the par-4 holes, and the overall winner was Ellen Joslin, who placed first in first flight with a 29.

The other flight winners were Marcia Shaffer in second flight with a 30, Linda DeVelvis in third flight, also with a 30, and Carol Schlater in fourth flight with a 36.

First flight — 1. Ellen Joslin 29, 2. Joyce Wick 30, 3. Judy Bemus 31, Joyce Jones 32.

Second flight — 1. Marcia Shaffer 30, 2. (tie) Barb Rogers, Sandy Weaver 32.

Third flight — 1. Linda DeVelvis 30, 2. Jeanne Thompson 33, Trish Hoying 34, Roxie Shepherd 35.

Fourth flight — 1. Carol Schlater 36, 2. (tie) Nettie Dunlap, Mary Lou Berning 37, 4. Judy Doll 38.
