CLAYTON — Sidney lost 4-1 in girls tennis action Wednesday to Northmont on the road.

Sidney’s win came from Hannah Brown and Janae Drees at second doubles. They played for two hours and wound up winning 2-6, 6-4 and 10-8 in a super tiebreaker.

The other four matches wound up 6-0, 6-0 or 6-0, 6-1.

In junior varsity play, Caroline Gallimore at singles and Maimouna Louzolo and Lanie Shoukri at doubles won their matches.
