TUESDAY

-12:42 a.m.: criminal damaging. A door and door frame at the Wash House, 319 E. Court St., were damaged. Loss was $75.

MONDAY

-7 p.m.: theft. An employee at the Clark gas station, 1301 Wapakoneta Ave., reported a man pumped $9 worth of gasoline and drove off without paying. The man was wearing shorts and a red T-shirt.

-3:59 p.m.: criminal damaging. Antoinette Bell, 315 S. Miami Ave., reported someone broke out the passenger-side T-top on her vehicle at her residence.

-7:25 a.m.: unruly juvenile. Police arrested a boy for being unruly.

SUNDAY

-9:36 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested Austin K. Jay, 32, 1142 Colonial Drive, on a warrant.

-5:14 p.m.: theft. A woman reported a juvenile had a stolen bicycle at a Buckeye Avenue address. Police were unable to determine the owner of the bike.

-4:50 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested Dereck P. Gervais, 26, 902 Lynn St., on a warrant.

-10:16 a.m.: open burning. Police served a summons to Cameron Snow, 22, 780 Marilyn Drive, on a charge of open burning.

-12:31 a.m.: disorderly conduct. Police arrested David M. Market, 56, 540 Franklin Ave., on charge of disorderly conduct.

SATURDAY

-11:51 p.m.: burglary. Marie Slusser, 215 E. North St., reported a burglary at her residence.

-4:27 p.m.: property found. A baggie of suspected marijuana was found in the parking lot at the Speedway station, 1515 N. Main Ave., and given to police.

-2:08 p.m.: theft. Donald Hopkins, 1620 Holly Place, reported power tools, valued at $137, were stolen from his residence.

-11:51 a.m.: property found. Police placed a check that was found into the police evidence locker. It was believed to be the property of Susan Shultz, 213 Jefferson St., Quincy.

-3:38 a.m.: driving under the influence. Police arrested Desire R. Newton, 18, 521 Sixth Ave., at Royan Avenue and Michigan Street on a charge of driving under the influence.

-1:11 a.m.: assault. Police arrested William J. McIntire, 30, 2805 Wapakoneta Ave., on an assault charge. He allegedly assaulted William A. Osborne, 432 N. Miami Ave. in the parking lot of the Dawg Pound Lounge, 553 N. Vandemark Road.

FRIDAY

-11:39 p.m.: driving under the influence. Police arrested Robin Huecker, 52, 506 Johnston Drive, at Court Street and Ohio Avenue on a charge of driving under the influence.

-8:29 p.m.: theft. Ashely Stambaugh, 993 Buckeye Ave., reported a cell phone, valued at $100, was stolen from her vehicle in the parking lot at Tawawa Park.

-5:33 p.m.: driving under the influence. Police arrested Stephanie Money, 37, at large, in the 3000 block of Bridlewood Drive on a charge of driving under the influence.

-3:03 p.m.: missing person. Gloria Stanley, 208 Doorley Road, reported her adult son was missing.

THURSDAY

-3:27 p.m.: property found. Dave Heitkamp, 116 Queen St., reported finding an old headstone while putting down mulch in a flower bed in his yard. It was an 18-by-18 inch stone with the name, “Nancy D, wife of” on it. The rest was unreadable. Police asked Graceland Cemetery personnel to check its records. Police placed the stone in the evidence bay.

-6:30 a.m.: warrant. Police arrested a 17-year-old girl on a warrant from Miami County.

JUNE 2

-4:44 p.m.: theft. Ronald Stayman, 367 W. Parkwood St., reported the theft of a chain saw, valued at $700, from his residence.

Accidents

Michael J. Goings, 66, 123 Pike St., was cited with improper starting after an accident Monday at 4:01 p.m.

Goings was parked westbound on East North Street in front of the Amos Memorial Library. He did not see a westbound auto and pulled out, striking a car driven by Joshua J. Rihm, 32, 129 Hill St.

• Lydia A. Turner, 36, 516 Michigan St., was cited with a traffic control violation after an accident Friday at 1:54 p.m.

Turner was northbound on Karen Avenue and failed to yield at a stop sign at Taft Street. Her car was hit by a pickup truck that was eastbound on Taft. The driver of the truck was Randy L. Hageman, 37, 1255 Taft St.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-1:41 to 6:40 a.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

MONDAY

-9:43 p.m.: power lines. Firefighters were called to 833 N. West Ave., where tree branches were in a power line. Dayton Power and Light was notified.

-4:48 a.m. to 5:25 p.m.: Medics responded to 10 calls.

SUNDAY

-1:26 p.m.: open burn. Firefighters were called to check an open burn in the area of Kuther Road and Jonathan Drive.

-12:29 to 11:05 p.m.: Medics responded to eight calls.
