Shelby County Board of Elections

SIDNEY — The Shelby County Board of Elections will meet Monday, Nov. 20, at 7:30 a.m. to certify the results of the Nov. 7 election.

Sidney Zoning Board of Appeals

SIDNEY —The Sidney Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Monday, Nov. 20, at 4 p.m. in council chambers.

The board will consider the request of James Wildenhaus for a conditional use permit for outdoor storage at 202 N. Main Ave. in the court square business district.

The board will also consider the request of Grace Baptist Church for a variance to allow a 15-foot front yard set back where 25-feet is the minimum allowed per section at 137 W. Edgewod St. in the family residence district.

Sidney Board of Education

SIDNEY — The Sidney City Schools Board of Education will meet Monday, Nov. 20, at 6 p.m. at the board office.

Sidney City Planning Commission

SIDNEY — The Sidney City Planning Commission will meet on Monday, Nov. 20, at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers.

The commission will consider the request of Heinz Finkes, on behalf of EAP Holdings, LTD., for approval of a buffer and transition plan for the development of the east side of the cul-de-sac at the southern terminus of Lester Avenue in the general industrial district.

The commission will also consider the request of Britt Havenar on behalf of Barbara Ann Kesler and Pamela Jean Davis for the replat of one parcel to create one lot and a remainder parcel on the north side of Ferre Place, west of Foster Avenue in the single family residence district.

Fairlawn Board of Education

SIDNEY — The Fairlawn Local Schools Board of Education will meet, Monday, Nov. 20, at 6:30 p.m., in Room 122 at Fairlawn Local Schools for a work session to discuss changes to the Early 5’s program.

Jackson Center Village Council

JACKSON CENTER — The Jackson Center Village Council will meet in special session, Monday, Nov. 20, at 7 p.m. to discuss the employment of a public employee.

New Knoxville Board of Education

NEW KNOXVILLE — The New Knoxville Local Schools Board of Education will meet, Monday, Nov. 20, at 7 p.m. in the Media Center.

The board will review the budget for 2018 and discuss personnel issues.

Hardin-Houstin Board of Education

HOUSTON — The Hardin-Houston Local Schools Board of Education will meet in regular session, Monday, Nov. 20, at 7 p.m., in the Media Center, to approve monthly financial reports and expenditures for Oct. 2017 and to discuss personnel issues.

Civil Service Commission

SIDNEY — The Civil Service Commission will meet Tuesday, Nov. 21, at 2 p.m. in Sidney City Council chambers at the Municipal Building, 201 W. Poplar St., Sidney. The commission will certify the eligibility list and ranking for the position of firefighter.
