Red kettles return to Sidney

The Salvation Army’s red kettles have returned to Sidney in preparation for the holiday season. Erica Smith, of Greenville, left, drops money into the kettle while Greg Wilt, of Sidney, rings the bell Friday. The kettle drive started Friday and will continue until Dec. 23. Currently, the kettles are located at Sidney Foodtown and Kroger. Beginning Black Friday, the kettles will also be found at Walmart.
