CINCINNATI (AP) — Cincinnati police say a 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged with murder in a shooting a year ago that killed a 17-year-old girl and hurt two other teens when a fight broke out during a birthday party.
Rico Mosley was also charged Thursday with two counts of felonious assault in the shooting that killed Kelsie Crow in April 2015. Crow was shot along with a 17-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl when a fight broke out at the YMCA in the city’s Walnut Hills neighborhood. Crow died two days later. The other two teens have recovered.
Officers said at the time that hundreds of teens were at the party and estimated that at least 50 shots were fired.
Court records on the new case listed no attorney for Mosley.
