YOUNGSTOWN — A judge has denied a motion by defense attorneys to declare the death penalty unconstitutional for a man charged with aggravated murder for killing a 10-year-old girl and her grandparents in an arson fire set just before his trial in March 2015 for sexually assaulting the girl. — HIGHWAY SNAKE: State highway worker in northern Ohio made a slithering discovery when they found an aquarium alongside a road with an 8-foot boa constrictor inside.

— TODDLER KILLED-ARREST: A northern Ohio man has been charged with murder in the death last month of his girlfriend’s 2-year-old son.
