U.S. Bank Administrative Assistant Beth Baley, left, of Fort Loramie, and Brokers Real Estate Agent Caven Risk, of Sidney, paint the porch of a house on Wagner Avenue Saturday, June 6. The two volunteered to paint as part of Sidney’s Paint the Town program. According to the City of Sidney the goal of the Paint the Town program is to stop deterioration of properties, maintain property values, and improve the appearance of the City of Sidney neighborhoods. This is done by helping low to moderate income and disadvantaged households who own their home to make improvements through exterior painting. The program is funded through private donations. Donations this year came from First National Bank, People’s Federal Savings and Loan, Mutual Federal Savings Bank and U.S. Bank. Luke Gronneberg | Sidney Daily News
