TUESDAY

-1:20 p.m.: theft. A resident at 16201 Meranda Road reported fraudulent charges on a credit card.

-9:13 a.m.: theft. A resident at 18001 Herring Road reported theft of mail.

MONDAY

-8:44 p.m.: property-damage accident. A resident at 15400 Fort Loramie-Swanders Road reported a man came to look at his motorcycle and drove through his yard.

-8:16 p.m.: property-damage accident. An auto accident occurred in the 14000 block of Ohio 65.

-3:32 p.m.: theft. A resident at 3431 Leatherwood Creek Road reported theft by fraud.

SUNDAY

-10:26 p.m.: theft. Someone at 1466 N. Kuther Road reported a helmet and gloves were stolen from a motorcycle.

-12:55 a.m.: assault. James Marchal, 6825 State Route 66, Fort Loramie, was arrested and charged with assault after an altercation at Scudzy’s Bar, 6625 State Route 66, Fort Loramie. There was reportedly a fight at the bar and the patrons were asked to leave. Marchal alledgedly grabbed Roger Wehrman, of Fort Loramie, and threw him to the ground. Wehrman sustained injuries in the assault. Marchal was transported to the Shelby County Jail and was to appear in Sidney Municipal Court on Monday, June 8.

SATURDAY

-11 p.m.: criminal damaging. Mitchell M. Brautigam, 14641 Pruden Road, Sidney, reported someone drove through a bean field owned by his father, Bernard L. Brautigam. The field is located on Pasco-Montra Road. An unknown vehicle drove off the west side of Pasco-Montra Road and damaged 15 acres of beans. Damage was set at $1,000.

Accident

The driver of a four-wheel vehicle was injured in a crash Sunday.

A deputy was called to 1020 S. Kuther Road at 4:07 p.m. on a report of an accident with injuries on private property. The driver of the four-wheeler, Tina Clark, 46, 1020 S. Kuther Road, told the deputy that she and Avery Vestal, 5, 1222 Garfield Ave., were riding her four-wheeler when Avery hit the gas, causing the four-wheeler to roll over. Clark said the accident was her fault. The Sidney Department of Fire & Emergency Services transported Clark to Wilson Memorial Hospital for an open wound on her left thigh. The deputy spoke with Avery’s mother, Lauren Shie, about the incident. She said said Avery was OK and did not need medical attention. She also confirmed Clark’s story about the incident.

MONDAY

-12:23 p.m.: medical. Houston Rescue was called to the 600 block of Cross Trail, Lockington.

-9:40 a.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue was called to the 10000 block of Ohio 362.

-2:19 a.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue was called to the 9000 block of Ohio 705.

-12:20 a.m.: medical. Houston Rescue was called to the 10000 block of Stangel Road.
