DEGRAFF — Barbie and Kyle Williams, of DeGraff, have announced the birth of a daughter, Harlie Jo, born June 17, 2015, at 7:55 a.m. in the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney.

She weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces, and was 19 inches long.

She was welcomed home by her brothers, Walker, 3, and Dallas, 2.

Her maternal grandparents are Gloria and Bill Alig, of West Liberty. Her paternal grandparents are Sandy and Joe Wiliams, of Bellefontaine.

Her great-grandparents are Donna Alig, of Russels Point, and Bea Williams, of West Liberty.

Her mother is the former Barbie Alig, of West Liberty.
