THURSDAY

-11:01 p.m.: theft. Neysa Smith, 36, 621 St. Mary’s Ave., reported a black and green 20 inch bike was stolen.

-10:36 p.m.: criminal damaging. Branden Davis, 17, 1221 Evergreen Drive reported his car was damaged by a juvenile male.

-10:01 p.m.: found property. Marsha Allen, 234 W. Court St., found a wallet belonging to an Isaac Smith and turned it into police. Police were unable to locate the owner. It was placed into evidence for safe keeping.

-9:18 p.m.: assault. Officers investigated a large fight at Harmon Field. Tony Eilerman, 51, was reported to have an apparent minor injury and bruising to his eye.

-9:00 p.m.: assault. Derek Kinninger, 36, 803 W. North St., was arrested for assaulting Randall Shadoan, 56, 501 N. Wagner Ave. Shadoan had apparent minor injuries.

Accidents

Evelyn Payne, 82, 407 E. Robinwood St., was cited for assured clear distance after an accident on Thursday at 12:04 pm.

Payne was traveling westbound on OH 47 at Vandemark Road, when she attempted to stop, but slid into the back of a vehicle stopped in traffic causing damage.

The driver of the other vehicle was Susan Vaughn, 45, 441 Beechwood Circle, Burns, Tennessee.

Fire, rescue

THURSDAY

-5:54 to 11 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to five calls.

-2:29 p.m.: ammonia leak. Crews responded to 1675 Campbell Road for an ammonia leak. It was contained and handled by plant personnel.

-12:30 p.m.: fire alarm. Crews responded to the 100 block of East Russell Road. The fire alarm was an accidental set-off.

-10:24 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.
