In Sidney Municipal Court Tuesday, Judge Duane Goettemoeller fined Ashley L. Murray, 29, 328 Maple St., $250 and $128 costs, suspended Murray’s driver’s license six months, and imposed a 30-day jail sentence for failure to stop after an accident. Murray also was ordered to do 40 hours of community service. A charge of improper starting/backing was dismissed, with $10 costs.
• William D. Lint, 46. 634 S. Miami Ave., driving under suspension, $250 fine and $138 costs, 10 days jail.
• Brian H. King, 31, 219 West Ave., driving under suspension, $250 fine and $95 costs, 20 days jail; driving in marked lanes, dismissed, $10 costs.
• Scott Carton, 39, 11744 Fair Road, expired license plates, $25 fine and $111 costs.
• Evelyn Payne, 77, 407 E. Robinwood St., assured clear distance, $26 fine and $105 costs.

In Municipal Court Thursday, July 2, Goettemoeller fined William M. Warfield, 30, 705 S. Ohio Ave., $250 and $211 costs and sentenced him to 70 days in jail for attempted assault, amended from domestic violence. He also was ordered to attend the anger/rage program and was given one day of credit off the jail time.
• Guadalupe Bravo-Rosales, 43, 803 S. Main Ave., driving under suspension, $250 fine and $138 costs, 13 days jail; failure to reinstate license, dismissed; stopping after an accident, $500 fine and $128 costs, one-year license suspension, 75 days jail (55 days credit); driving under suspension, $500 fine and 20 days jail; failure to control, $50 fine and $10 fine.
