Mangus hired for culinary arts program

PIQUA — Two contracts were awarded during a special meeting of the Upper Valley Career Center Board of Education on July 30.

Keara Mangus was hired as a paraprofessional in the culinary arts program effective Aug. 19. Mangus’s salary will be $24,605.

Mangus also received an extended days contract for two days for new staff member orientation.

The board’s next meeting will be Aug. 24, at 6 p.m. in the Adams Board Room in the main instructional building.
