Estate seminar a success

SIDNEY — Nearly 30 people gathered in the Amos Center at Dorothy Love Retirement Community recently for the annual Spring Estate Planning Seminar.

“Estate Planning in Uncertain Times: Early Planning and Periodic Review” featured attorneys Ralph Keister and Craig Albers as the keynote speakers. They addressed uncertain economic times and the effects of planning and not planning estate matters.

Guests were provided with a light dinner prior to the seminar. They were given the opportunity to ask questions pertaining to estate planning. Individuals also received packets of educational material to take home for future reference.

The event is sponsored by the Community Foundation of Shelby County, Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Lehman High School Foundation, Sidney-Shelby County YMCA Foundation and the Wilson Memorial Hospital Foundation.
