SIDNEY — Shelby County Auditor Amy Berning has announced that property value estimates for the 2017 Revaluation are now available for review.

The new property values can be found on the auditor’s website, http://cama.shelbycountyauditors.com/cama/ or by calling the auditor’s office at 937-498-7202 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday or 8:30 a.m. to noon Friday.

Berning is offering an online Informal Value Review to provide taxpayers the opportunity to have questions answered regarding their new property valuation.

The online Informal Value Review is available through Sept. 29, 2017, and can be found on the Home Page of the Shelby County Auditor’s website or http://shelbycounty.propertyrevaluations.com. This site will provide answers to frequently asked questions and an Inquiry Form to submit questions or share concerns about a property’s valuation.

Properties which have had new construction completed during 2016 are still being updated and may not yet have their full value entered into the system.
