Goins named to Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation named Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Ashley Goins to Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 for 2018. This listing recognizes the city’s most active young professionals and philanthropists under the age of 30 while benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s work to develop ways to control and cure cystic fibrosis.

Goins is the daughter of Keith and Deb Goins, of Sidney. She earned her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law (Knoxville, Tenn.) in 2015 and her B.S., cum laude, in Business Administration with major in Marketing & Logistics and minor in Professional Writing, from The Ohio State University in 2012. She graduated from Lehman Catholic High School in 2007.

On April 14, 2018, these honorees, along with their colleagues, friends and families, will gather to celebrate one another’s accomplishments at the newly renovated Sheraton Hotel.

Nominations for Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 are taken from peers, co-workers and supervisors. The 30 selected honorees must be dedicated to assisting non-profit groups, have demonstrated success in their chosen career and be 30 years old or younger. Honorees are required to attend various key Cystic Fibrosis Foundation events and raise at least $3,000 for the foundation.

Goins is an attorney based in Stites & Harbison’s Nashville, Tennessee office. She concentrates her practice in the areas of business litigation, torts and insurance, and domestic relations. Her domestic relations work centers around Tennessee Family Law and International Family Law.

Outside of the firm, she is a board member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Nashville Bar Association. She enjoys assisting with fundraising efforts for charities and community organizations. Goins also makes time to provide pro bono legal services to those in need.
