Making the sidewalk safe

CSX employees scrape off loose concrete and then apply a sealer on the Big Four Bridge over a section of sidewalk on the west side of S Main Avenue. The sidewalk under the bridge has been closed due to falling pieces of concrete. The workers plan to reopen the sidewalk after they are done.
