MONDAY

-11:57 p.m.: burglary. A burglary, in which a door was kicked-in, was reported in the 1500 block of East Court Street.

-8:56 p.m.: probation violation. Daniel Bostick, 19, of Troy, was arrested on an active probation violation warrant.

-2:58 p.m.: theft — without consent. Darrell Clark, 38, of Sidney, was arrested on theft — without consent charges after the theft of a package of gummy bears was reported at City Carryout on North Ohio Avenue.

-2:29 p.m.: theft. The theft of a display iPhone 12 Pro Max was reported at T-Mobile on Michigan Street.

-12:47 p.m.: failure to pay city taxes. Misty J. Ott, 44, of Sidney, was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

Crashes 

Tamela S. Colbert, 42, of Sidney, was cited with operation without reasonable control after a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 3:41 p.m.

Colbert was traveling southbound on South Wagner Avenue and when she passed the parked vehicle facing the south on South Wagner Avenue, she got too close and hit the vehicle owned by Brian B. Alexander, 44, of Sidney.

• Lucille K. Ritze, 16, of Sidney, was cited with right of way through highway after a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 3:19 p.m.

Ritze was stopped at the stop sign on North Walnut Avenue and then proceeded south into the intersection with West North Street when she struck the driver’s side of the eastbound vehicle on West North Street that was driven by Christian M. Akers, 26, of Sidney.

• Seth P. Young, 17, of Sidney, was cited with operating a vehicle without reasonable control after a single-vehicle crash on Thursday at 5:23 p.m.

Young was traveling southbound on Broadway Avenue attempting to turn westbound onto Apollo Street but was unable to due to the road conditions and struck a DP&L pole. The crash caused very little damage to the pole.

TUESDAY

-midnight to 4:12 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to four calls.

MONDAY

-7:33 a.m. to 11 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 10 calls.

SUNDAY

-1:40 p.m.: fire alarm. Firefighters responded to a fire alarm.

-11:07 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.

SATURDAY

10:51 a.m.: fire alarm. Firefighters responded to a fire alarm.

-1:01 a.m. to 11:33 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 12 calls.

FRIDAY

-7:15 p.m.: assist. Crews responded to assist Sidney Police.

-10:57 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.
