VERSAILLES — Jonathan and Karen Richard, of Versailles, announce the birth of their son, Floyd Louis Richard, born on Jan. 22, 2021, at 12:30 a.m. at Wilson Health in Sidney.

He weighed 8 pounds 5 ounces and was 20.25 inches long.

He was welcomed home by his older sisters, Cecilia, 5, and Meredith, 4, and his older brother, Leo, 1.

His maternal grandparents are Gary and Jane Smith, of Versailles. His paternal grandparents are Mark and Peggi Richard, of Versailles. Her great-grandparents are Louis Schluter, of North Star, Janet Pitsenbarger, of Versailles, and Gene and Dorothy Richard, of Versailles.

His mother is the former Karen Smith, of Versailles.
