THURSDAY

-3:03 a.m.: driving under the influence. Trevor W. Williamson, 27, of Sidney, was arrested for OVI and on obstructing official business charges.

WEDNESDAY

–10:06 p.m.: receiving stolen property. Gregory R. Melvin, 61, of Moraine, was arrested on receiving stolen property charges.

-4:32 p.m.: theft — without consent. The theft of 28 doses of Oxycodone was reported stolen in the 500 block of Hall Avenue.

-11:03 a.m.: warrant. Joshua Stephen Quinn, 29, of Troy, was arrested on a warrant.

-9:23 a.m.: identity theft. An identity theft was reported to the police.

Crashes

Alexander Ham, 20, of Sidney, was cited with operation without reasonable control after a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 11:53 a.m.

Ham was traveling eastbound on Colonial Drive when he failed to stop or slow for the vehicle, driven by Wendy Anderson, 58, of Sidney, that was turning left from a private drive onto Colonial Drive. Ham sideswiped Anderson’s vehicle on the front left side.

• Donald A. Kulovits, 61, of Sidney, was cited with starting and backing after a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 9:11 p.m.

Kulovits was backing out of a parking spot on Poplar Street when he hit the stopped vehicle at the red light facing the west at Ohio Avenue.

The other vehicle was driven by Isabelle G. McClenen, 16, of Houston.

THURSDAY

-5:02 to 9:58 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to six calls; one was for mutual aid.

-8:59 a.m.: fire alarm. Firefighters responded to a fire call.

-8:23 a.m. to 9:58 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to 10 calls; two were for mutual aid.
