-11:30 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 300 block of Ironwood Drive.

-11:16 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the area of Wapakoneta Avenue and West Parkwood Street.

-10:23 p.m.: remove subject. Police removed someone in the 2000 block of Fair Road.

-8:33 p.m.: warrant. Sarah Joy Rotenberry, 37, of Sidney, was arrested on a warrant.

-6:28 p.m.: threats. Police responded to threats in the 1000 block of Michigan Street.

-6:17 p.m.: threats. Police responded to threats in the 800 block of North Miami Avenue.

-4:56 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 800 block of North Miami Avenue.

-2:50 p.m.: stolen vehicle. Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 2000 block of Michigan Street.

-1:51 p.m.: theft. Police responded to a past theft in the 500 block of Fourth Avenue.

-11:47 a.m.: damage. Police responded to past damage in the 200 block of South West Avenue.

-11:45 a.m.: scam. Police received a scam report in the 2000 block of Bridlewood Drive.

-8:57 a.m.: warrant. Michael Allen Null, 20, of Sidney, was arrested on a warrant.

Crashes

Douglas M. Plotts, 27, of Sidney, was cited with right of way at a private driveway after a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 3:32 p.m.

Dennis E. Jaques, 75, of Sidney, was traveling northbound on South Main Avenue and entered an intersection with an alley. Plotts was riding a bicycle and came out of the alley traveling eastbound. Plotts failed to yield to the right of way of Jacques, causing a collision. Plotts was thrown from the bicycle and was treated by the Sidney Fire Department for suspected minor injuries.

• Farrah Sue Shafer, 45, of Sidney, was cited with operation without reasonable control after a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 1:15 p.m.

Amelia R. Swartz, 32, of Sidney, was stopped in the right lane on Broadway Avenue near Elm Street. Shafer came up behind her on Broadway Avenue and when Shafer attempted to go around Swartz in the left lane, Shafer rear-ended Swartz.
