ANNA — Middendorf Builders Inc., of Fort Loramie, has just started constructing new homes in their second phase of the Timber Trail Subdivision in Anna.

The new residential development plat contains 30 building sites with most of the sites being over ½ acre in size and with six of the lots being wooded or partially wooded. All building lots come with a 100% tax abatement for four years after the home is completed on the lot “which will save the average home owner about $15,000 over the 4-year span,” said Mitch Middendorf, president of Middendorf Builders Inc.

“The lots range in price from a ½ acre site at $48,800 to $84,800 for a couple of the building sites that are over 2 acres in size,” said Middendorf. “A ll of the new homes will be built by Middendorf Builders Inc., which will ensure quality construction in each and every home.”

Nine out of the 30 lots are sold and there is currently construction of three homes taking place within the subdivision.

New homes in Phase 2 will vary in cost depending on the style and features, but most homes will range from $400,000 to $750,000.
