Items on the agenda include approving the monthly financial reports and expenditures for January 2023, adopting the school calendar and personnel issues.

JACKSON CENTER — The Jackson Center Local School District Board of Education will meet Monday, Feb. 20, at 8 p.m. at the school.

Items on the agenda include reports from the principals and treasurer, accepting donations, awarding a bid for a new roof, an executive session to discuss employment of employees, authorize a staff member to carry a deadly weapon for the purpose of protecting students and staff while on school property and at school events, accept the retirements of Scott Elchert, high school social studies teacher, athletic director and boys basketball coach, and Cheryl Beckmann, hearing impaired interpreter, and discuss the capital improvement projects.

SIDNEY — The Sidney City Schools Board of Education will meet Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 6 p.m. at the board office.
