-8:15 p.m.: crash. Anna EMS and Sidney Fire responded to a crash with injuries at mile marker 95 on Interstate 75.

-8:51 a.m.: scam. Botkins Police received a scam report in the 400 block of West South Street.

THURSDAY

-4:52 p.m.: vandalism. Fort Loramie Police responded to vandalism in the 10 block of Elm Street.

Crashes

Purna Bahadur Sunwar, 41, of London, Ontario, Canada, was cited with operation without reasonable control after the State Highway Patrol responded to a one-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 9:54 a.m.

Sunwar was driving a semi-truck traveling southbound on Interstate 75 when he drove off the left side of the roadway and struck the median cable barrier. Sunwar’s vehicle was towed by Mantor’s Towing.

• No one was cited after Fort Loramie Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 7:52 a.m.

Roger Matthew Hoying, 17, of Anna, was traveling eastbound on Greenback Road and approached the stop sign at the intersection of East Park Street. Eugene R. Holthaus, 82, of Sidney, was stopped at the stop sign on East Park Street at the intersection. Holthaus continued into the intersection after waiting for a vehicle to cross at the same time Hoying did as Hoying failed to yield to the right of way, causing a collision. Holthaus’s vehicle was towed by Meyer’s Towing.

• Kimberly Ott, 59, of Wapakoneta, was cited with failure to yield to a stop sign after the State Highway Patrol responded to a two-vehicle crash on Feb. 10 at 11:22 p.m.

Ott was at the stop sign on the Interstate 75 exit ramp at the intersection of state Route 119 and failed to yield, turning left in front of Madison Kipp, 16, of Anna, who was traveling westbound on state Route 119, causing Kipp to drive off the road and strike a guardrail. Kipp’s vehicle was towed by Elmer’s Towing and Ott’s vehicle was towed by Mantor’s Towing.
