SIDNEY — Detailed Machining celebrated 25 years in business and held a business after hours in 2022 with huge success.

“We continue to see growth in our business by showing our commitment to quality and service with our ISO 9001-2015 registration and pushing best business practices that reflect our products,” said President John Bertsch. “Over the years we have invested in a lot of CNC equipment with very diverse capabilities that still give us a leading edge in production quantities and the single part that needs to be made to keep your shop up and running.”

His report continues:

We are investing in a new air compressor this year to make sure our life blood through out our shop continues and investing more in our training programs for our employees. Our key asset is still our dedicated employees and their talents to make a difference no matter what job comes in.

The cost of raw goods and supply chain issues have eased some depending on your needs.

We continue to be a source for machined weldments and our assembly dept continues to be strong, Milling and turning departments have open capacity for more production type work.

Our 4000-watt fiber production laser has open time available for contract cutting and both of our 2 Omax Waterjets continue to save time in making 2-d parts and save mill time for whatever project you may have.
