SIDNEY — Peoples Federal Savings and Loan Association, headquartered in Sidney, has been a staple in our community since 1886. Located in the historic Louis H. Sullivan building at 101 E. In 2022, Peoples found the need to partner with a larger community bank in order to continue to offer expanded products and services that have come to be expected from community banks. Farmers & Merchants State Bank, headquartered in Archbold, Ohio, was an obvious choice for partnership.
