-12:41 a.m.: crime in progress. James Lyle Agner, 38, of Sidney, was arrested for domestic violence.

Crashes

Amanda Meyer, 43, of Wapakoneta, was cited with right of way when turning left after a two-vehicle crash on March 13 at 3:35 p.m.

Meyer was traveling northbound on North Vandemark Road and Beth Thompson, 58, of Sidney, was traveling southbound. Meyer turned left in front of Thompson, causing a collision.

• Ariah Lanae Vanloon, 19, of Sidney, was cited with disobedience to traffic control devices after a two-vehicle crash on March 12 at 4:08 p.m.

Vanloon was traveling westbound on Park Street at the intersection of Fourth Avenue. Arthur N. Kuhn, 78, of Sidney, was traveling southbound on Fourth Avenue at the intersection. Vanloon ran the red light in front of Kuhn, causing a collision. Kuhn’s vehicle was towed by Mantor’s Towing.

• No one was cited after a two-vehicle crash on March 10 at 7:11 p.m.

Police Officer Jason M. Viapiano, 41, and Christopher A. Compton, 45, of Sidney, were traveling northbound on Wapakoneta Avenue. Viapiano attempted to make a right-hand turn into a driveway when Compton struck him. It is not known at this time which party was at fault and the case will be investigated further by a crash reconstructionist. Compton was taken to Wilson Health with possible injuries.
