Crashes

Dianne M. Carnes, 75, of Sidney, was cited with failure to control/weaving after a two-vehicle crash on March 26 at 4:55 p.m.

Carnes was attempting to parallel park on North Miami Avenue when she struck a parked car in front of her owned by Erica Lynn Martin, of Sidney.

• Layla D. Bingham, 28, of Sidney, was cited with operation without reasonable control and leaving the scene of a crash after a one-vehicle crash on March 25 at 2:46 a.m.

Bingham was traveling northbound on state Route 47 approaching Riverbend Boulevard. Bingham attempted to make the right-hand turn onto Riverbend Boulevard when she lost control and drove onto the median, striking a power pole. She then left the scene and went home. Bingham’s vehicle was towed by Mantor’s Towing.
