-1:33 p.m.: theft. Police responded to a past theft in the 1000 block of Fair Road.

-11:08 a.m.: theft. Police responded to a theft in progress in the 400 block of North Lester Avenue.

Crashes

No one was cited after a three-vehicle crash on March 31 at 12:40 a.m.

A tow truck with a vehicle attached to the rear owned by Lane B. Shepherd, of Sidney, was partially in the roadway on Brooklyn Avenue. Michael Ray Pleasant, 33, of Sidney, was traveling southbound on Brooklyn Avenue when he rear-ended the vehicle being towed. Shepherd’s vehicle was towed by Mantor’s Towing and Pleasant’s vehicle was towed by Wrecker’s Towing.

• Anita L. Cromes, 78, of Sidney, was cited with operation at stop and yield signs after a two-vehicle crash on March 30 at 9:43 a.m.

Cromes was stopped at a red light on Walnut Avenue preparing to turn right onto West Court Street. John W. Goings, 71, of Port Jefferson, was traveling eastbound on West Court Street in the right lane. As Goings proceeded through the intersection, Cromes turned right and struck him.

• April E. Thoreen, 22, of Sidney, was cited with disobedience to traffic control devices after a two-vehicle crash on March 28 at 8:41 a.m.

Thoreen was traveling westbound on state Route 47 and ran the red light at the intersection of the Interstate 75 exit ramp as Deborah A. Ceylor, 52, of Piqua, was turning left off of the exit ramp, causing a collision.
