-2:10 p.m.: breaking and entering. Police responded to past breaking and entering in the 700 block of Foraker Avenue.

-10:20 a.m.: crime in progress. Gregory Allen Harriger, 45, of Sidney, was arrested for nuisance loitering.

-10:04 a.m.: disorderly conduct. Police responded to disorderly conduct in the 100 block of East Court Street.

-9:24 a.m.: crime in progress. Mason Keith Brown, 27, of Sidney, was arrested for assault and burglary.

-9:23 a.m.: drugs. Police responded to drugs in the 1000 block of Progress Way.

-9:20 a.m.: burglary. Police responded to a burglary in progress in the 800 block of Arrowhead Drive.

-8:11 a.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 100 block of South Ohio Avenue.

Crashes

Michael Vincent Howe, 17, of Sidney, was cited with right of way when turning left after a two-vehicle crash on April 23 at 2:05 p.m.

Angela J. Shoe, 38, of De Graff, was traveling westbound on Michigan Street at the Interstate 75 overpass. Howe was traveling eastbound on Michigan Street and turned left in front of Shoe to get on Interstate 75, causing a collision.

• Leona Francis Roe, 24, of Dublin, was cited with overtaking a vehicle to the left after a two-vehicle crash on April 22 at 3:27 p.m.

Robert H. Brussell, 65, of New Bremen, was traveling eastbound on Colonial Drive and started to turn left into a driveway when Roe attempted to pass Brussell on the left, causing a collision.

• Eugene Harrison Goings Jr., 19, of Sidney, was cited with assured clear distance after a two-vehicle crash on April 22 at 10:02 p.m.

Ginger Lee Reck, 40, of Sidney, was traveling eastbound on East Court Street and Goings was behind her. Reck began to slow to turn left onto Foster Avenue and Goings rear-ended her.

• Jarrett Michael Waters, 22, of Sidney, was cited with operation without reasonable control after a two-vehicle crash on April 20 at 10:16 a.m.

Waters was traveling westbound on Marva Lane when he struck a parked car owned by William L. Stilwell, of Sidney. He fled the scene and was located later.
